Frequently Asked Questions!
Most products are made to order and some are created in batches. Please refer to the description on each product for shipping times. Orders are shipped when every item is in stock / completed. If you would like items shipped separately we can do so on request however additional shipping charges will apply.

We encourage you to double check the name at time of ordering, as we do not offer refunds for incorrectly ordered products.
If an item is already being made or has been made, we are unable to change the name, however if it has not begun production we should be able to alter it.
Once you have made your selections add the first name and click Add to Cart. Once the item has been added to your cart you can change a selection or enter a new name then click Add to Cart and repeat as many times as you like.
Please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not shipped we may still be able to add items.
Our items are shipped with Australia Post and we offer both Standard and Express Postage.
Australia Post, along with all delivery and postal services are experiencing significant delivery delays due to reduced flights, social distancing requirements and increased parcel volumes as a result of the COVID-19 Pandemic. We appreciate your continued support, patience and understanding with expected delivery times which are outside our control.
We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect orders or unwanted gifts. Where an item has been sent incorrectly or is faulty we can arrange a return for exchange or refund.
